Trail Trek 2008 Team Competition

Please note that organizers of this event want to encourage team and family participation. Although it is called a competition, it is only based on participation, not on speed or distance. Your entry to the event is the only measure of competition.

Organizers and sponsors hope you enjoy this event. We welcome comments on how to improve this aspect of Trail Trek, and comments on your experience. Comments may be sent to TrailTrek2008@live.com for several weeks following this event.

Team Captains please do the following:

Pre-register your team (do this early)- Team pre-registration is free (it is not an entry form). The team pre-registration provides contact information if needed, such as if two teams are being formed by the same company, or if someone wants to know if a team has already been pre-registered. You do not have to list a team captain at this time, but one will be needed at some point.Click here for a team registration form. Complete a team roster- Click here for a team roster. This form must be provided at check-in listing all team members. "You may use your own form such as a spreadsheet if you wish, providing all of the same required information.
Make sure each participant on your team registers and pays their fee. You can mail these together or separately, just make sure your team is indicated on the form. Click here for the individual registration.

Bring a copy of your final team roster to check-in.

Please send your name, business entity name, email address, and phone number to TrailTrek2008@live.com. We are happy to assist in getting your team pre-registered and organized, and will forward information to you, including names of participants that sign up with your team name.

Indicate your team name on your individual registration form. If your listed team has NOT been pre-registered, you may be contacted to fill out a team pre-registration form.
