Volleyball

Volleyball stars make All-American team
Five first-team Super-Staters have been selected to PrepVolleyball.com's All-America team. Two are from Class A state champion Omaha Marian, sophomore setter Lauren Sieckmann (Nebraska recruit) and senior libero Julianne Mandolfo (Creighton), and two are from state runner-up Papillion-La Vista South, freshmen twin outside hitters Kadie and Amber Rolfzen (Nebraska). Rounding out the Nebraska selections is Omaha Gross junior middle blocker Emily Wilson (Missouri).

LSW softball pitcher signs with Creighton
Pitchers Becca Changstrom of Lincoln Southwest and Brittany Telecky of Seward are two of seven softball players who have signed letters of intent with Creighton University.
