Nebraska's wrestling team is ranked 14th in the preseason coaches poll. The Huskers finished 16th last year, compiling a 10-7-1 record in the regular season.
Defending national champion Paul Donahue is ranked No. 1 at 125 pounds. NU has seven other wrestlers ranked: sophomore Jordan Burroughs (11th, 149), junior Chris Oliver (14th, 157), sophomore Stephen Dwyer (12th, 165), junior Brandon Browne (10th, 174), junior Vince Jones (ninth, 184), sophomore Craig Brester (fifth, 197) and senior Jon May (sixth, 285).
OREGON TICKETS ON SALE: Single-game tickets for Nebraska’s Dec. 15 game against Oregon at Qwest Center Omaha are now on sale through Ticket Master. Seats are still available in the upper bowl for $15. Tickets can also be purchased at the Qwest Center box office.
