Authorities are investigating a fatal shooting at a north Omaha house.

Omaha police officers responded to a report of a shooting with injuries just before noon Saturday.

Police say a man was taken to Creighton University Medical Center with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.

The victim's name has not been released.
