A 44-year-old Scottsbluff man accused of sexually assaulting a young boy will go to trial in Scotts Bluff County District Court.

SCOTTSBLUFF — A 44-year-old Scottsbluff man accused of sexually assaulting a young boy will go to trial in Scotts Bluff County District Court.
Randy Bauer is charged with sexual assault of a child and making terroristic threats.
An arrest affidavit says the Bauer assaulted the boy while the two were on a fishing trip sometime between July 7-11.
The affidavit also says Bauer threatened to kill the boy if he told anybody about the assault.
