OMAHA, Neb. - Omaha police say a man suffered serious injuries that aren't believed to be life-threatening after falling from a high-rise apartment building.
Police were called to Benson Tower in north Omaha around 4:15 a.m. Sunday where they found the man on top of the main entrance awning.
Detectives believe the man and his friends were drinking when he began to hang out of a seventh-floor window. He apparently fell from there.
The man was taken to Creighton University Medical Center.
His name has not been released.
