Traffic was tied up at in the vicinity of Capitol Parkway and Randolph Thursday morning after a multiple-vehicle accident at about 7:45, police said.

Traffic was tied up at in the vicinity of Capitol Parkway and Randolph Thursday morning after a multiple-vehicle accident at about 7:45, police said. Traffic was backed up on 27th Street as far as A Street, according to witnesses.
Minor injuries were reported, but none serious, police said.
Officers were still on the scene an hour later, police said.
