Lincoln police are looking for the man who robbed three people in an apartment parking lot early Thursday.
A 26-year-old man and a 23-year-old woman were dropping another 23-year-old woman off at an apartment on the 6000 block of Meridian Drive about 3:40 a.m. when a man with a handgun approached them and demanded their wallet and purses, said Officer Katie Flood.
The man with the gun fired a single round into the air, and the other man gave him his wallet, Flood said. The robber tried to take one of the women's purses, but she didn't let go, and he dragged her five to 10 feet before giving up and running to a red Monte Carlo. He got in the passenger side, and the car left east from the lot.
The woman suffered slight abrasions to her side and hands, Flood said.
