Lincoln Journal Star Millionaire Mania Weekly Prize Drawing "Official Rules"

• You must be a resident of Nebraska and at least 19 years of age to play and win.
• At least one Mania Chip will be featured each day in the Lincoln Journal Star. There will be unannounced bonus days with more than one chip. Additional unannounced chips may appear in ads. Weekly drawings will begin on September 24 and continue through December 10. An entry form will appear each Sunday in the Journal Star. Complete the entry form, attach $250,000 in Millionaire Mania Chips, and drop off at any participating location by 5 p.m. the following Saturday. There is no limit to the number of times a person may enter and no limit to the number of times a person may win during the contest. All areas on the entry form must be completed. Any incomplete or illegible forms will be disqualified. Completed entry forms may be mailed, but must be received by our office no later than 5 p.m. on preceding Friday. Postmarks do not apply and we assume no responsibility for entries received in our office after the deadline. No faxes will be accepted. A random winner for each prize will be drawn Monday or Tuesday morning and winners will be contacted by phone. Winner must be available to come to the Journal Star by Thursday to complete paperwork and claim prize voucher. Winners understand their names and photos will be used for online and newspaper promotional purposes. Only official Millionaire Mania Chips printed on newsprint from the Journal Star will be accepted. Millionaire Mania Chips have no actual cash value and may not be redeemed for credit at retailers. The names and photos of winners will be announced in the Journal Star.
• Prizes must be claimed by the winner at the business offering the prize within 15 days or it will be forfeited. Transferring of prizes and determination of value is at the discretion of the retailer. The Lincoln Journal Star is not responsible and offers no warranties regarding the prize. Other restrictions may apply. Winners are responsible for any applicable state or federal taxes. No substitution in prizes will be allowed.
• The Journal Star remains the final judge of valid money and makes the final determination of all awarded prizes. The Journal Star reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this promotion or disqualify individuals from participation should individuals' conduct or events beyond sponsor's control corrupt the administration, security or proper play of this game. The Journal Star shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly in connection with this promotion. The Journal Star is not responsible for typographical, mechanical or other errors. Current employees of the Journal Star, Lee Enterprises and newspaper contractors are not eligible to play and win. Family members of these individuals living in the same household are also not eligible.

$10,000 Giveaway - "VIP Player's Club Jackpot" Rules

• Each week for 12 weeks beginning October 3, 2006, ten (10) entries from the weekly Mania prize drawings will be drawn for finalists in the $10,000 Dollar VIP Player's Club Jackpot Giveaway. These finalists will be contacted by telephone each week. All non-winning entries from the weekly Mania prize drawings will be included in the drawing for finalists. Each week a new pool of non winning weekly entries will be used for finalists drawings. One hundred twenty (120) finalists will be selected for the finalists pool. One entry will be drawn from the finalists pool and will be awarded the $10,000 and other prizes in the VIP Player's Club Jackpot. A check will be issued once promotion officials are certain that all qualifications have been met and all necessary paperwork in completed.
