In Nebraska, David Murdock's Castle & Cooke Inc. owns Yankee Hill Brick in Lincoln and Omaha. His company formerly owned The Cornhusker Hotel. Murdock also owns the former Ace Hardware warehouse in northwest Lincoln several small parcels of real estate in Lincoln.
