How tough is it to bring a new restaurant to O Street between 14th and Centennial Mall? Well, D'Leon's, which seemed as sure as death and taxes, has become the latest casualty.

The restaurant is closed; however, there already seems to be a replacement lined up. A sign on the door Monday afternoon said something called "BA Lee 1" is coming soon. The sign said BA Lee 1 will serve sandwiches and will also deliver, but there were no other details given.

D'Leon's becomes the third restaurant in that area in two weeks to go belly up, following Billy Brown's and Roost Sandwiches.
