Restaurants opening and closing seem to make up about 80 percent of Biz Buzz news right now, but at least this one is positive.

There's work going on at the old Arturo's/Crabby Bill's location. A sign says something callled "The Bar and Grill" is coming soon. Maybe a plain old bar and grill will do better than Mexican or seafood in that location. If the proposed hotel across the street (at the old Tool House) gets built, that should help.
