Police referred two 14-year-old boys to the Lancaster County Attorney’s Office Thursday after one allegedly was caught selling 10 hydrocodone pills to the other.

Officer Katie Flood said it happened at Lincoln North Star High School, 5801 N. 33rd St., around 1 p.m. and was discovered when a campus supervisor walked into a boys bathroom and saw one student hand something to another student.

Flood said they were taken to the school office, where it was discovered one of the boys had gotten 10 hydrocodone pills from the other.  The boy with the pills had a prescription for the pills from a recent surgery, she said.
