A 70-year-old Odell woman died in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday in Gage County.

Around 3:15 p.m., a gold 2000 Ford F150 pickup driven by 24-year-old Nathan Lindblad of Beatrice was traveling south on Southwest 103rd Road, according to the Gage County Sheriff’s Office.

After stopping at the stop sign, Lindblad allegedly pulled out onto PWF Road, failing to yield right-of-way to a red 1977 Ford F150 pickup driven by 70-year-old Beverly Brauch of rural Odell.

Brauch’s pickup rolled several times before coming to rest in the north ditch. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Diller Rescue and Beatrice Rescue transported her passenger, Neil Brauch, to Beatrice Community Hospital. Lindblad was not injured in the accident.

The investigation is ongoing.

" to neil and the family, I am so sorry for your loss, Beverly was a wonderful lady and I will miss her, Neil and Beverly always asked how the family was and always smiling. Neil, I hope your recovery goes well and you and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. "
