Police: Officers see men with marijuana through kitchen window
Three men were arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver early Saturday.
Around 2 a.m. officers responded to a report of a disturbance at an apartment on the 3500 block of Huntington Avenue, said Officer Katie Flood.
As officers approached, they allegedly saw 23-year-old Brandin Mothershed, 21-year-old Andrew Mothershed and 21-year-old Robert Delgado standing inside the apartment, Flood said.
The men allegedly were seen through the kitchen window with a gallon-sized clear plastic baggie filled with marijuana, Flood said.
A search warrant was later served and 448.5 grams, or 15.82 ounces of marijuana were seized along with a digital scale and small amount of cash, Flood said.
That amount of marijuana has an estimated street value of $1275 to $1500, Flood said.
