Five long guns were stolen from a garage near 84th and A streets overnight Saturday, police say.

Missing are a Remington 1100 12-gauge shotgun, a Benelli Nova 12-gauge shotgun, a Remington 7 mm rifle, a Winchester 20-gauge double-barreled shotgun and a Fabarm 12-gauge double-barreled shotgun, for a total value of $4,100.

The garage, on the 1600 block of Stony Hill Road, may have been unlocked, said Lincoln Police Capt. David Beggs.

Someone also stole a palm pilot from an unlocked vehicle on the street near the garage. The palm pilot is valued at $100, Beggs said.
