A 20-year-old Lincoln man has been arrested for impregnating a 14-year-old girl.
A paternity test proves Andrew Duff fathered the girl’s child, who was born in August, said Officer Katie Flood.
Duff was 19 and the girl was 13 when she became pregnant, Flood said.
Duff was arrested Thursday and jailed on suspicion of first-degree sexual assault, Flood said.
