By the Lincoln Journal Star
The Nebraska State Patrol arrested a Lincoln man who allegedly transmitted sexually explicit images via a Webcam to an investigator posing as a 14-year-old.
Luke Chapin, 23, 5825 N. 20th St., was arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of enticement by an electronic communication device, according to an NSP Spokeswoman Deb Collins.
On Aug. 15, an NSP investigator posing as a 14-year-old girl had online contact with an individual through a Yahoo! account. During the contact, Chapin allegedly sent lewd images to the investigator.
