Lancaster County prosecutors Tuesday charged a 31-year-old Lincoln man with sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl who stayed at his his house one night a month ago.
Merced Barron, of 2545 Theresa St., Apt. E2, is in jail, his bond set at $100,000.
Police arrested him Friday night. According to court records, he allegedly raped the girl, who was spending the night at a friend’s house.
