them any questions.

(3) You are NOT allowed to address the City Council more than 1 time.
(4) Profanity or raised voices will not be permit.
(5) Applause, booing or other indications of support or displeasure
with a speaker is not allowed.
(6) City Council members may not speak directly to the audience, but
may question a speaker with the approval of the Mayor.

It is a very very unfortunate situation.....and I would like to mention that I am not talking about the issue that is being considered, I am talking about the manner in which the meeting is be handled. It is going to be a long long time before 95% of Fremont is being treated by 5% of Fremont......and personally, I don't think 'most' of our city officials really care....we need a turn over in city officials, and I am sure the up coming elections will take care of that issue. This is definitely not a democratic form of government at work!! "
