Lincoln has been spared the Starbucks ax.

The gourmet coffee company on Thursday released a full list of the 600 company-owned stores it plans to close. That list includes seven Nebraska locations, but none in Lincoln.

Of the seven Nebraska Starbucks to be closed, five are in the Omaha metropolitan area — two in Omaha, two in Papillion and one in Bellevue. The other two are in Kearney and Fremont.

Only the Bellevue store has a firm closing date. The company said it will close by the end of this month. Starbucks said it will release additional details on the closing dates for the other stores at a later time.

Starbucks lists four company-owned Lincoln locations on its Web site: 12th and P streets, 28th and Pine Lake Road, 33rd and O streets and inside the Super Target at 40th and Yankee Hill Road. Starbucks inside the two Lincoln Barnes & Noble bookstores are operated as franchises.
