Omaha police seek man who impersonates officer

OMAHA — Omaha police are looking for a man suspected of impersonating a police officer.

Police say the man pulled over a woman last week in northwest Omaha.

Police say the man was driving a tan Lincoln Towncar when he pulled the woman over.

Investigators said anyone ever pulled over by an unmarked car should ask for the officer’s badge number or name. Police also recommend pulling over in a public place, like a gas station.
