Parkview Christian graduate Patrick Tyrance is the lone Lincoln participant at the 31st annual Sertoma Eight-Man Classic football game.

The game is set for Saturday at the Osborne Family Complex in Hastings. Kickoff is 1:30 p.m.

Ken Swanson of Coleridge, Jim Dooley of Bloomfield and Eric Kessler of Humphrey St. Francis will coach the East team.

Duke Waln of Cody-Kilgore will lead the West team. He will be assisted by Carlie Wells of Elgin and Daren Hatch of Arapahoe.

Southeast Nebraska All-Star volleyball

The Southeast Nebraska all-star volleyball match is set for tonight at the Truman Center on the campus of Southeast Community  College in Beatrice. The match will start at 7:30 p.m.

Michelle Kriefels of Lourdes Central Catholic and Theresa Knobbe will coach the East squad.

The West team is coach by Kelly Frank of Bruning-Davenport and Chris Ericson of Sutton.

Nebraska football recruit John Levorson will play one of his final high school competitions Saturday at the Southeast Nebraska All-Star Basketball Game.

The girls will tip off at 6 p.m., followed by the boys at 8 p.m. in Beatrice.
