C-SPAN campaign bus to visit Lincoln

C-SPAN will be riding in style during a three-day visit to the Lincoln area this week.

The cable and satellite political channel’s 45-foot Campaign 2008 Bus is in town and will be open for tours Monday through Wednesday at stops here, as well as Crete and Seward for its “Road to the White House” tour.

Here’s the schedule.

* Monday, 5-6 p.m.: Wilderness Ridge Golf Club, 1800 Wilderness Woods Place, level two of the parking lot.

* Tuesday, 11 a.m.-2 p.m.: The Cornhusker, 13th and M streets.

* Wednesday, 7:30-9 a.m.: Time Warner Cable, 1620 Normandy Court. 

* Wednesday, 10 a.m.-noon: Crete Middle School, 1700 Glenwood Ave., Crete.

* Wednesday, 1-3 p.m.: Seward High School, 532 Northern Heights, Seward.
