" Why is the Class A Championship at 10:00 am on a Thursday??? I was going to go before I saw the time. I'm not taking off work for it. The NSAA needs to learn how to maximize profit. If the NSAA was a business, it would be out of business! "

" With oil at $125 a barrel and NSAA ticket prices at $7 to cover their new fancy building, NSAA does operate like a business--the problem is that business is OPEC. Charge whatever the traffice will or won't bear-it makes no difference. So long as tournaments can be convienently held in Lincoln, no matter what the hour or day--the NSAA concerns for parents and fans does not exist. This is no surprise as the NSAA is organization excludes any representation of parents and fans interests--only school administators count in the magicial kingdom of the NSAA. "

" It has to be early because there is a Saltdogs game that night. Plus if the undefeated team loses they have to play another right afterwards. They need the time to prepare the field for the Saltdogs. "

" Haymarket doesn't let the players warm up in their spikes. They have to wear sneakers so they don't tear up the field. They should hire the Sherman Field grounds crew to work the field at Haymarket since they do such a great job at Sherman, one of the BEST fields in Nebraska. "

" Did anyone see that homerun that Winkelmann from Gross hit opposite field on top of the berm in the bottom of the seventh? In all my years of following high school baseball it was one of the most impressive homeruns I have seen hit. "
