Prosecutors have charged a 20-year-old Lincoln woman with first-degree sexual assault of a child for an alleged sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy she met while she worked at the Salvation Army.

Jessica A. Graham, 1310 A St., No. 6, was arrested Friday morning and released on a $5,000 percentage bond set that afternoon.

The charge carries a possible sentence of one to 50 years in prison.

According to court records, Graham is alleged to have met the boy at a teen night at the community center last fall.

The boy told police he told her he was 17, but said everyone knew he was 15. He alleges they had sex once at her home and once in her car a few blocks from his house. He told them Graham gave him marijuana and they smoked it together several times.

In March, Graham was fired from her position at the Salvation Army, court records say.
