Nebraska Hematology-Oncology, P.C., a cancer clinic in Lincoln, recently broke ground on the construction of a new 15,000 square-foot office building.

The building is at 4004 Pioneer Woods Drive, just off the northeast corner of 70th and Pioneers Boulevard. The new building, which will be completed in 2007, includes a resource center and healing garden as well as a clinic.

Nebraska Hematology-Oncology, currently at 2611 S. 70th St., is headed by four Lincoln physicians — Dr. Mark Hutchins, Dr. Daniel Moravec, Dr. Joni Tilford and Dr. Madhu Midathada.

The group specializes in providing comprehensive cancer care, including cancer diagnosis, treatment planning, chemotherapy, clinical trial participation, and coordination of all other facets of cancer care.

As an independent cancer care center, Nebraska Hematology-Oncology works with all area hospitals and health care providers.
