Monday will be another day of triple-digit temperatures. The high is expected to reach at least 100 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.

Sunday’s high was 103 and Saturday’s temperature topped 101. But cool weather is on the way.

Meteorologist Cathy Zapotocny says a cold front is moving in with some cloud cover and that should bring the temperatures down to the mid- to upper 90s on Tuesday.

There’s also a slight chance of showers tonight and a 50 percent chance of thunderstorms on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Temperatures will stay in the 80s Wednesday through Friday and then it’s back up into the 90s on Saturday.
