Pizza places planned for Omaha, Lincoln

Another pizza-entertainment complex is coming to Omaha, and plans for a Lincoln location are not far down the road.
Nebraska native Camron McAllister has bought franchise rights for an Incredible Pizza Company in both Omaha and Lincoln.
He plans a 57,000-square-foot operation in Omaha that should be open by spring, he said.
McAllister, whose company, McAllister Entertainment Group, is in Tulsa, Okla., declined to say where the restaurant would be in Omaha. He’s still in negotiations, he said.
A group of Lincoln investors announced in July that they were planning a 60,000-square-foot Amazing Pizza Machine to open by March in a former Hobby Lobby building at 139th and S streets in West Omaha.
The Amazing Pizza Machine combines a restaurant and entertainment, as does the Incredible Pizza Company.
McAllister said he has plans for an Incredible Pizza Company franchise in Lincoln of about 30,000-40,000 square feet that would likely be open by next summer. He said he is looking at a couple of sites in south Lincoln.
“I think Lincoln is really starving for it,” he said.
The Incredible Pizza Company will feature a buffet with pizza, pasta, soups, specialty items, desserts and a salad bar.
There will be four dining areas with ‘50s themes, including a drive-in movie theater showing classic films and a living room similar to the “Leave it to Beaver” set.
The restaurant also will have an entertainment area called the Fairgrounds, which will have more than 120 games ranging from video games to prize-redemption games. indoor go-karts, bumper cars, a miniature golf course and a bowling alley.
“The families of Omaha will be very happy to have an entertainment venue of this nature in their community,” McAllister said
The first Incredible Pizza Company opened in 2002 in Springfield, Mo. Other locations include Tulsa, Oklahoma City and Conroe, Texas.
According to the company’s Web site, www.incrediblepizza.com, more than 20 new locations are planned in a dozen states.
McAllister said he is looking at opening Incredible Pizza Company franchises in other markets, including Minneapolis and Des Moines, Iowa.
